Mediation, negotiation and arbitration are all methods of achieving an outcome with effective communication. The things people talk about and are passionate about are usually responsible for the design of their communication platforms. How often do we hear about the things we should not talk about at work? Well, the workplace is where we spend more time with others than not, so it may be beneficial to discuss the things that matter; sometimes in a measured environment with someone who is professionally aligned to lead such discussions. When positive interaction is met with truthful and thoughtful dialogue that emphasizes empathy and consideration, increased knowledge for all parties means everyone wins! So whether the discussion is about politics, religion, social stereotypes, or corporate policy, Jaye has the experience and the expertise to ensure the conversation outcome is aligned to a specific need for all parties, regardless of market, industry, or social population. As adults, the most important factors of trust are belief that respect is mutual and that people are listened to and understood about anything that drives their beliefs and persona. Jaye Jones believes in working to ensure both factors are made relevant through Easy Conversations.
